La Fredat

La Fredat estate covers 40 hectares of mountainous terrace farming land with llicorella shale soils, the typical terroir of Priorat, composed of crumbled slate fragments that allow the vines to grow deep roots to make the most of the soil’s nutrients and become more resistant to high temperatures.
